If you're not happy within your first 7 days, we'll refund you in full โ€” automatically, no questions asked. Just cancel through the billing portal and your $297 will be back on your card within 5โ€“7 business days.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime and you will never be charged again.

1. What Ring Trade Does

Ring Trade AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist for local service businesses. When you subscribe, we:

The service is provided month-to-month. You are not locked into a contract.

2. Billing & Subscription

Ring Trade costs $297 per month per business location, billed on the same date each month from the date you signed up. Annual subscribers are billed $2,970 per year. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We never store your card details.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal โ€” no phone call required, no cancellation fee.

3. Refund Policy

Here is exactly what happens in each scenario:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time by clicking "Manage โ†’" in your Ring Trade dashboard. This opens the billing portal where you can cancel in one click.

When you cancel:

5. Phone Numbers

The phone number provisioned for your business is leased, not owned. It is assigned to your account for as long as your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, the number is released and may be reassigned.

We recommend forwarding calls from your existing business number to your Ring Trade number rather than listing the Ring Trade number publicly, so that cancellation does not disrupt your existing business presence.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Ring Trade relies on third-party providers to deliver its service. Occasional outages may occur due to issues outside our control.

If the AI fails to answer calls for more than 4 consecutive hours, contact us. We will investigate and issue a prorated credit for the downtime period.

7. Acceptable Use

Ring Trade is for legitimate local service businesses only. You may not use Ring Trade to:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ring Trade is a tool to help you capture more leads. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, or number of bookings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the most recent billing period.

We are not liable for missed calls due to caller error, incorrect call forwarding setup, or third-party service outages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Ring Trade will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at helpdesk@ringtrade.ai and give us 30 days to resolve the issue in good faith.

11. Email Communications & CAN-SPAM Compliance

By creating an account with Ring Trade, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your service โ€” including call summaries, booking confirmation requests, billing alerts, and service notifications. These are service emails necessary for the operation of your AI receptionist. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by emailing helpdesk@ringtrade.ai. Cancelling your subscription will stop all service emails. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act for all email communications.
