Ring Trade AI is a product of Erabu Media LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Erabu Media LLC.

2. Information We Collect

From business owners (you):

• Business name, type, and city
• Your cell phone number (for emergency escalation)
• Payment information — processed by a third-party payment provider, we never see your full card number
• Your custom AI script and business hours

From your callers (automatically):

• Phone number of incoming callers
• Call duration and timestamp
• Call transcript — what was said during the call

We do not collect callers' names, addresses, or any other personal information unless your AI script specifically asks for it during the call.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provision and operate your AI receptionist
• To send you email summaries and booking confirmations after calls
• To process your monthly subscription payment
• To provide customer support
• To send service-related notifications (outages, policy changes)

We do not use your information or your callers' information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

4. How We Share Your Information

Ring Trade integrates with trusted third-party services to deliver its features — including voice AI, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your callers' data to any third party for any purpose.

5. Call Recording and Transcripts

All calls handled by your AI receptionist are transcribed automatically. Transcripts are stored securely and used only to:

• Send you post-call email summaries with transcripts
• Display in your dashboard
• Improve the accuracy of your AI's responses

Your responsibility: You are responsible for complying with call recording laws in your state. Many US states require that all parties be informed the call may be recorded. We recommend your AI greeting include a disclosure such as: "This call may be recorded for quality purposes."

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your subscription is active
• Call transcripts are retained for 90 days then automatically deleted
• After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to how we process your data

8. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption. Access to account data is restricted and monitored. We never store payment card details — all payment data is handled by our payment provider.

9. Cookies

Ring Trade uses minimal cookies — only what's required for the service to function during onboarding. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
